The Spikeshell is a Boulder Class dragon with a shell covering its back.
Appearance[]
This dragon appears very similar to a turtle, having short legs and a shell covering its back. It's shell is covered in spikes, as is its head, neck, and tail. It has two, small wings, though these are rarely used and can only power the dragon for short flights.
Behavior[]
Being a small dragon, the Spikeshell often hides in the undergrowth of forests, rarely venturing out except to find food. It is extremely slow due to the weight of the shell on its back and its short legs. However, it can speed up by spinning around inside of its shell. This dragon is very cautious, and spends several hours inside its shell, only coming out when the coast is clear.
Abilities[]
This dragon can pull its head and legs into its shell like a turtle. When in danger, it will retract into its shell and then spin around, ramming its spikes into its attacker, as well as the blunt impact of its shell. It is even capable of burrowing underground by jumping up and then spinning into the ground, creating a surprise counterattack on its enemies. It is capable of breathing small fire shots as well in order to protect itself.
