Umber is a Timberjack who first appears in the fanfiction Young Chief. Her rider is Nomen. She accompanied Shimmer and Neima on their adventure, and battled the Wolvis with them.
Description[]
Umber is a large Timberjack with deep auburn scales and dark brown horns. Her hide is mottled with tan splotches, giving her a more layered look, and on the edges of her wings are tiny brown spots. She also has minuscule white dots scattered all around her wings, much like an autumn leaf.
Her eyes are a shade of rich green-gold, and her underbelly is a sandy tan color. Umber's neck and body are very strong from having a rider, and she can carry both Nomen and an entire Night Fury saddle at once.
